RealCup coffee and teas appeal to a sophisticated consumer.

My team developed a strategy and moderated the Facebook Community page so that we could create engagement in a supportive environment. We hold contests such as “What’s Your Favourite Mug?” and invite users to post pictures. This increases “Likes” and “Shares,” thereby further developing our brand.

For this brand, I was involved in the digital strategy, ideation, writing, editing, moderating, and dispute-resolution.

Creating the content calendar, I ensured a balance of promotions, special days, contests and incentives for user-generated content. I assisted a junior copywriter with her work, coaching her on writing for an online audience, and editing her content.
