Life Coach, Moshe Sakal Offers Free Session

My wish for myself for the New Year is to have more of 2016. It was a perfectly imperfect year, filled with the usual ups and downs. Most of all, it was filled with creativity, friendship and love. Relationship bonds were strengthened, and I discovered that there were challenges in certain relationships that needed addressing. In order to overcome them, I enlisted the help of Life Coach, Moshe Sakal.

For the month of January, Moshe is offering a FREE one-hour session, either in person or over the phone. Whether you are going through a difficult situation or have a ‘block’ as I had that’s preventing you from living the life you want, Moshe will offer new insights and help you look at the situation from a different perspective.

What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach helps you achieve your goals. Moshe and I talked about my ambitions for the year, and for the rest of my life. We discussed the hindrances that were standing in the way of my goals, and most of all, how a shift in perspective could help me achieve my dreams.

One Conversation at a Time

With Moshe, I was able to open up about my past. I am an orphan – not because my parents are dead, but because they were incapable and uninterested in being parents. We talked about the consequences of this, and how the challenges of my childhood have had a positive influence on my life today, making me stronger with a greater sense of purpose.

A Life Coach You Can Trust

It takes courage to be vulnerable, to open up and tell the story of who you are, with all your heart. And, in order for there to be positive change in your life, you have to allow yourself to be really seen. Vulnerability allows for connection.

I know Moshe socially. He is a spiritual man, who has overcome his own challenges, and makes it his mission to empower others to live a more authentic life. He is an artist, a dancer, a dreamer and a thinker. Most of all, he is authentic. I was able to connect and open up to Moshe because of who he is. He offered me advice is a non-judgemental way and spoke to me with kindness and understanding.

What I learned from my session with Moshe is that with the courage to be more vulnerable, I could be gentler and kinder to myself, and more empathetic to those around me. As a result, moving forward, I know that 2017 will be a better year than the year I’ve left behind.

Awesome! You’re right, it takes courage to be who you were meant to be. You’re one of the bravest people I’ve ever known – maybe it’s because you’re not afraid to show the world who you really are.
