Rogers Small Business

As a behavioural scientist and writer, my role in the User Experience Design team and was to create content for Small Businesses  (up to 25 employees) that appealed to their needs. This includes Search Marketing – determining which keywords a user would enter into a search field to find a product, and/or strategy.

I introduced new technology product and service offerings from Rogers in simple, user-friendly language that Small Business readers could understand.
